On the eve of the digital age the demands for leaders become more and more complex by the day. The pressure for change increases permanently. Various leadership strategies compete with each other. At the same time, the personal and professional demands for leaders are higher than ever.

As a leader, you are a pioneer – you lead the way. You explore unknown terrain and overcome obstacles. You provide orientation for others and support them in developing their individual potentials.

The Leadership Advancement Program (LeAP) will qualify you for these challenges.

Will you take the leap?

LeAP is an exclusive program for the app Leada. In only 12 weeks it will help you become a specialist for the most successful leadership styles of today. All you have to invest is a couple of minutes per day.

LeAP will launch on March 11th within Leada’s free basic program. As a subscriber you will receive daily impulses and calls to action on your smartphone. You will learn the principles of transformational, servant and ambidextrous leadership and you will be able to apply them immediately in your workday.

„LeAP is a milestone“, says Frank Kuebler, CEO of Leada. „We are very happy to be able to provide a digital leadership-course that is based in the most recent leadership research.”

LeAP was developed by Leada experts in collaboration with Professor Benjamin Bader (Newcastle University, UK) and Professor Michael Gielnik (Leuphana Universität, DE). If you complete at least 70 percent of the course you will receive a certificate of participation.

Leada receives German Excellence Award

Leada has won a German Excellence Award 2019 in the category "Leadership and Responsibility - Start-ups".

The jury praised Leada as an outstanding example for an innovative product that deals pro-actively with digital change. Leada is the first digital leadership coach. Using nano-impulses the app supports its users in implementing the content of seminars and workshops into their day-to-day lives. Further, the app contains plenty of tips and manuals and helps its users evaluate their health and performance levels.

"We are very happy that our work is recognized in this way", says Frank Kübler, CEO of Leada. "We see this award as encouragement to further develop Leada."

The German Excellence Award (Deutscher Exzellenzpreis) honors outstanding entrepreneurial performances. Among this year's award winners are renowned corporations such as Daimler, Thomas Cook and Microsoft as well as innovative start-ups such as Carrypicker or Leada.

Winners are selected by a jury of independent representatives of various sectors such as the media, science and business; amongst others journalist Heiner Bremer and Outfittery-founder Anna Alex. The prize is awarded under the patronage of Wolfgang Clement, former German minister of employment and economics.

The German Excellence Award has been initiated by the German institute for service quality (Deutschen Institut für Service-Qualität), the DUB-magazine for entrepreneurs (DUB-Unternehmermagazin) and the tv station ntv.
